At PRETTY MAFIA, every order is prepared with care and inspected before it leaves our House. Because our hair products are personal use items and cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, all purchases are final sale.
Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
PRETTY MAFIA does not accept returns or exchanges due to:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect selection of length, texture, color or product
• Change of preference
• Change of mind
• Failure to review product details before purchasing
Once hair leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We understand that mistakes can happen. If your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue.
These are the only circumstances in which a return or replacement may be considered.
Claim Requirements
Your order must remain in its original, unused condition while your claim is being reviewed.
To qualify:
• Hair must not be washed, worn, styled, cut or altered
• Lace must remain completely uncut
• Tags and ties must remain attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• The item must not show signs of use, installation or manipulation
Any item that has been worn, altered or tampered with may be denied.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the issue
• Photos of the packaging when relevant
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Claim Process
Do not send anything back without receiving approval from PRETTY MAFIA first.
If your claim is approved:
- We will provide return instructions
- The item must be returned exactly as instructed
- The item will be inspected once received
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Resolution
Once an approved return is received and inspected, PRETTY MAFIA will determine the appropriate resolution.
Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement whenever the requested item is available.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear.
