PRETTY MAFIA Return Policy
At PRETTY MAFIA, we want you to slay every day with your raw hair. Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all purchases are handled with care and intention.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of raw hair products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect selections
- Preference changes
Once hair leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Exceptions (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders Only)
Returns are only reviewed if your order arrives:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
No other circumstances qualify for a return or exchange.
Claim Requirements
To be considered for a claim:
- Hair must be in original, unused condition
- No washing, styling, cutting, or alterations
- Lace must remain uncut
- All packaging, tags, and ties must remain intact
Any item that has been worn, altered, or tampered with will be denied.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If there is an issue, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

- Clear photos of the issue
Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Claim Process
If your claim is approved:
- You will receive return instructions
- Items must be sent back exactly as directed
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Resolution
Once your item is received and inspected:
- Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

- All items are subject to inspection upon return
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
- PRETTY MAFIA reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these standards
