Refund policy

PRETTY MAFIA Returns & Exchanges Policy

At PRETTY MAFIA, we want you to slay every day with your raw hair. Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect selection
  • Preference changes

Once an order leaves our facility, it is considered final sale and cannot be restocked or resold.

Exceptions (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders Only)

We only review claims in cases where your order arrives:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

No other circumstances qualify for review or resolution.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon confirmed delivery.

If there is an issue, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@prettymafia.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

Claim Requirements (If Approved)

If your claim is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • Lace must remain uncut and all tags, ties, and packaging must be intact
  • Items must match the original order contents in full

Any signs of use, installation, alteration, or missing components will void eligibility.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Resolution Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • A replacement will be issued for the item when available
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
