At PRETTY MAFIA, every order is handled with care from the moment it’s placed to the moment it leaves our House. We take our time to make sure your order is accurate, properly inspected and ready for you.

Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Accuracy & Quality Control

Every order is inspected before shipment to confirm the product, specifications and overall presentation are correct.

We do not rush this process. Your order leaves our hands when it is ready.

Processing & Shipping Time

Wigs 
7 to 10 business days

Bundles
3 to 5 business days

Your estimated timeframe includes both processing and shipping.

Please keep in mind:

• Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. holidays
• Custom and handcrafted orders require additional time for preparation
• Processing times may be extended during high volume periods
• Orders are processed in the order they are received

Please plan accordingly when ordering for an event, appointment or specific date.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear after your package has been scanned into their system.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

PRETTY MAFIA is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays or service interruptions
• Packages that are lost after being accepted by the carrier
• Packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or delivery investigation.

Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping and contact information before submitting your order.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes to the shipping address or order information can be made.

If your package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

• The customer is responsible for any additional shipping or reshipping fees
• PRETTY MAFIA is not responsible for packages sent to an address incorrectly provided by the customer
• The original order is not eligible for a refund solely because incorrect shipping information was provided
